Visitor of the area. While owners were really nice I felt it really odd that the cashier made an effort to oversell me on a REAL labubu doll. He assured me he did the real deep dive effort to make sure they’re real and after two videos of research (as a complete novice of the line) I found obvious signs of knock off features on the doll. When I went in to let them know the next day they automatically processed the return apologized and didn’t seem interested on how I knew it was fake. Seems like they wanted to dismiss it as fast as possible and process the return. Sad to see they already sold a few before I could let them know, but I’m not sold that they would’ve adjusted their price based off this last interaction. They offered to return just 15 dollars if I wanted to keep it. Essentially saying it’s okay to sell a knock off for 30 dollars. Felt that was a little slap in the face but I just accepted the return and left. They have a good following and passionate customers but not sure that I would find myself visiting again any time soon based on this...
