Terrible common sense customer service. Paige has great jeans. But do NOT buy from this boutique store. Go to Nordstrom to buy Paige jeans. Nordstrom provides much better customer service and free alterations and sells the jeans for the same price (use a Nordstrom CC and you’ll get bonus points)

I bought over 1,000$ worth of jeans. Got them altered and they didn’t fit like my other Paige jeans. So I went to return them for the skinny version of the jeans. WELL. The jeans I attempted to return had tags and never have been worn. I couldn’t return the jeans since i altered the length of the jeans. I was not told of this policy at purchase at the sale. I guess I didn’t read the fine print.

I’m not bitter. I’ll continue to buy Paige jeans and recommend people to buy Paige jeans. Just DO NOT buy from this boutique. Just go to NORDSTROM which provides better service and free alterations and has a much better return policy. Nordstrom’s would take the jeans back no questions asked.

Recently I placed an order for some items with Vania who not only took such great care of me over the phone with my questions, but kept me updated on the status of my order which was being shipped to my hotel. I absolutely love Paige products and wish they had a store in Toronto. Unfortunately I had to return something and once again she was great keeping me updated on my return being received and the refund processed. So many people don't care to work these days and here is an example of someone who takes such pride in the job they do and how much they value their customers! Truly one of the best boutiques I have shopped in recently. Decor was fresh and streamed lined. Most importantly, Kelsey was exceptional.
