I saved a photo of the chairs and that was from back in January, I didn’t have information on the table. I sent her the photo and she looked for a day and a half to find that table for me. When she found it, she gave me details That it had been discontinued, but continued to look and found more information about it for me. She also followed up with other suggestions. I paid $200, they are trying to offer me $28. When I click on a button refusing to accept this offer, the website freezes, so that I'm not given an option to get a full refund for the item. I purchased a Perigold ottoman on Monday 1 September in the evening online (Labor Day) to match a leather sectional I purchased elsewhere. Just to be on the safe side until I could confirm it will match, I attempted to cancel the order less than 6 hours later.
