Pay close attention to all the poor reviews as some sales clerks are unable to do literally the most of basic function of their job - checkout transactions. After competing a purchase, I realized that the sales clerk had double charged me for an item (charged for two when only purchased one). Luckily I realized this right as I was pulling out of the parking lot. If I had only noticed later after leaving the shopping center, they couldāve disputed that I had received two items. I returned to the store and asked for refund, which the same clerk processed. I figured all was good and left as the receipt reflected correctly. A week later I needed to return a different item from that purchase and when attempting to do so was told that I couldnāt return it because it had already been returned. I asked how it couldāve been returned already when I was literally holding the item in my hand and was given a blank stare. After almost 30 minutes we figured out that the clerk from the initial purchase had returned the wrong item instead of the one that he double charged me for and thatās why this return of a different item couldnāt be processed because he had marked it as returned already. So not only did he screw up by initially double charging me, he then immediately screwed up again by processing the wrong return. Everyone makes mistakes at work from time to time, but this is just next level ineptitude. So if you ever decide to make a purchase or return here, make sure you triple check every transaction because theyāre very likely to screw it up such a basic task and...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis store to me has a very racist mentality and represent their brand Williams and Sonoma. On Sunday January 14, 2024 I went to pick up a stainless steel grill pan I had ordered online, and upon entering this lady I think her name was Judy she greeted me properly and was very nice and upon checking my order and DL she told me to browse around. As I browsed around to look I went to the back to check and see what they sell because this was my first time. Now while looking around I see one of Williams and Sonoma employee ask a white elderly couple if they wanted a cup of coffee or cappuccino so I heard what she asked them and I walked in her path way just to see if she was going to ask me and low and behold she did not. Now as I hanged around her, I seen her ask this white lady doing the same thing I was doing if she wanted a cup of coffee or cappuccino and I said to myself this store has a racist mindset because she is an employee of Williams and Sonoma and represent them. On tomorrow I will be bring their pan back and get my refund because I am a business man, and I have other things to do in life at the time I allocated to go pick up my grill pan because parking was a nightmare. So if you a person that hates this kind of treatment I would ask you do not shop their. ...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreTHIS LOCATION IS AN ABSOLUTE EMBARASSMENT TO THE WILLIAMS-SONOMA BRAND.
No, seriously. I've shopped at W-S locations across the country and used to live and work a stone's throw from their Van Ness corporate offices. The brand prides itself on personable customer service and quality product - this location has the latter, but lacks the former. Big time.
Starting with the man with the pony tail who greets you at the front door: Generous, welcoming greeting into the store that I'm accustomed to? NOPE. Was he even wearing attire appropriate for W-S? NOPE. Knowledgeable about product? Eh, somewhat. I asked him about a particular colour of product and he immediately went into "Uh uh, NO" mode and walked away. MAJOR NO.
I seriously didn't even make it past the front of the store due to this experience. Came in with a full plan to buy a complete set of kitchenware but ultimately decided to just purchase online from the manufacturer directly.
Poor, poor customer service. I guess W-S is struggling to hire quality personnel like other industries.
What a pity.
I definitely won't be back, but I'm sure the staff...
