lululemon — Local services in Houston

To say that I'm obsessed with Lululemon would be an understatement. I finally gave up my Nike shorts and traded them in for Wunder Under crops. The crops are so comfy I don't even change into normal clothes for a good couple hours after my workouts. What I love about the Wunder Unders:

-the wide, soft waistband keeps your belly tucked in and prevents you from getting that muffin top -chafe-resistant!! (the reason I gave up the Nike shorts) -it looks good on everybody! -they don't cause your top to ride up!

The Wunder Unders are designed more for yoga, and thus, are not as wicking as some of their other lines designed for higher intensity workouts, but I have found that they work just fine for my purposes (boot camp).

I do like the Run: Inspire crops for running.

TOPS: My favorite top is the Run: Swiftly. It has anti-stink properties, and it's body-slimming! I do like the Cool Racerbacks too - they come in a lot of fun colors.

One of the best perks about their line is free alterations! The Wunder Under crops are supposed to hit mid-calf, but since I'm only 5'2", they were more like ankle length in the store. They were able to alter it and have it ready the same week.

All of their employees are knowledgeable about every single product and will help you with your selection based on how you plan on using it.

Their sizing can be a bit depressing, but once I accepted my Lululemon size, I got over it.

2 = XXS 4 = XS 6 = S 8 = M 10 = L 12 = XL

I prefer the Highland Village location because it seems like they always have what I need in stock. The Galleria location is more popular, I think, and thus, they never have my size.

I have had my lululemon shorts for about 5 years. They are really good long lasting shorts. It is not a matter of cost to me with some purchases, as with this one I chose quality over quantity. That is how my girlfriend at our local CrossFit gym described them, that they sell quality products. I have had my shorts for on or about five (5) years now. They are truly good long lasting shorts. They have held there color and elasticity over all of these years; wash after wash and wear after wear!! I They are truly comfortable and have plenty of give for movements of CrossFit or any other workout, running etc... my girlfriend recommended them as being really great for people with larger gluteal muscles. They provide truly great coverage and movement for deadlifts, squats and such like. I like them and prefer them. I have and do recommend lululemon products to my family...

I came into the store today with my wife to do some last minute pre-vacation clothes shopping. My wife and I visit this store often as the staff is so friendly and we LOVE Lululemon. I went to the mens side of the store and I probably looked lost (as I usually do when picking out clothes 😅). Then here comes Jonathan asking if I needed any help... I wanted a new collared shirt but we couldn’t find my size in the color I wanted in the back. I thought I was out of luck as we had no time to order online. But then he quickly discovered that one of the mannequins was wearing the shirt in the size I needed! He helped me pick out pants as well and even gave me color recommendations and different styling options for the new clothes that I would be purchasing.
