Horrible customer service. I came in today with my friend for the free reward on the app (the pumpkin smoothie) and I had it ready to be scanned and the lady up front got an attitude and started talking so disrespectfully, as if I was dumb and I didn’t know what I was doing. I had all ready for her and she went out of her way to act like I was stupid. She went on to say “if you put your phone down on the table I could help you” with an attitude. Mind you, I had it already selected and ready to be scanned. Which I had told her but she didn’t believe me. I then went to the side and refreshed my app 3 times and went back to the reward THREE times and it showed the exact screen and QR code for them to scan- so I went back up there and this other lady she scanned it and it was done. That other lady was so rude and disrespectful, smoothie king has always been one of my favorite places to go, especially after the gym so her behavior was insane. The smoothie was also made with no care, she just slapped it together and gave it to me. If I could give this review a 0 I would. She should not be working at a customer service job with her attitude...
Read moreRACIST WORKER!!! My step brother and I decided to stop by on 6/15/19 around 8:00pm after our workout. The Smoothie King worker named Marián decided to ask my brother what was his ethnicity. It was kind of odd because she stopped to ask him that while she was in the middle of a conversation with her two friends who were just hanging out inside the store. He responded that he was African American and she responded “ wow, no way, you’re to cute to be black”! I was shocked that she would say such an ignorant and disgusting comment. I asked her if she said what I thought she said and she said yes. She stated she was just joking around with the other worker present (who was also African American). The other worker present seemed bothered and looked as if she wanted to cry. I said wow that’s pretty offensive and inappropriate!

Read moreImportant things you need to know: There is NO drive thru at this location. Cars always park out front on the curb bc there is a Salata in this parking lot and not enough parking. You can't get a refund if they put in the wrong size on your order, apparently they can only issue a refund on a Smoothie King giftcard.
I haven't visited a Smoothie King in a year, but my kid wanted one. I ordered 2 different 20 oz smoothies. When she handed me my receipt (I'm pretty sure it was the manager), I che led to see why my order was so expensive. I saw that the size on the receipt was the wrong size for both smoothies. I immediately told her I had ordered 2 20 oz smoothies and she rang me up 2 32 oz smoothies. Why would I want a child to have 32 oz? Did she offer to correct the mistake? NO.
