Edit: you continue lying even in your response. My phone had a broken back for awhile before I dropped it to be repaired solely for cosmetics, and it was functioning very well. All the issues began after you “repaired it”. And the whole diagnostics thing was never discussed. It was not working fine when I picked it up the first time and I told you this!
I just had dropped it off to a different repair shop and they told me you damaged my mother board with laser when you replaced the back. They also provided me with proof you replaced my front screen with non apple product even though my front screen was never broken. Ever since I picked it up the second time the screen has been overly sensitive and I though I might need to replace the cover, but nope now I have an explanation. The battery you replaced went from 100% to 10% within 5 minute of using it and I called you the next day to tell you this. And the reason I said I’ll just leave you a google review is that the manager interrupted me mid sentence and said call me back in an hour. What I want at a minimum is a refund for all the “repairs” that damaged my phone beyond repair.
Avoid at any cost! I brought my phone here after breaking the back. Ever since they replaced the back my battery started malfunctioning and my phone completely lost signal. I brought it back and paid to get battery replaced and “fixed the signal”. A week later signal is gone again. I brought it to a different repair shop just to find out that they replaced my front screen (which was never broken) with a non apple product so now I can’t even trade this phone in due to message that display is not original! Please, for the love of everything avoid! They cost me hundreds of dollars at this point and this phone is as...
Read moreI stopped in to replace the glass on the back of my iPhone 14 Pro Max. After receiving a quote of $129 on the phone, I was told in the store that it would cost $189 to repair. Although this seemed high, their store policy does state that quotes over the phone are only estimates. The repair was done quickly (within about 1.5 hours). Although the color on the replacement wasn't perfect, it was close enough. I paid $204.59 after taxes. Moments after walking out of the store I noticed that there was a small spot on the screen that had not been there before. The attached photo demonstrates a small area of damage on the LCD screen. Unfortunately, I did not notice this initially, as I only checked the back of the phone before walking out of the store. I walked back into the store, within a couple of minutes of when I had left and informed the gentleman at the front desk that there was damage done to the LCD screen. He took a picture and sent it to his manager. I discussed the issue with the manager (Adam) over the phone, and I was told that it was 'impossible' that anything they had done caused damage to the LCD screen. Instead, the manager suggested that I myself had caused the damage. Although their store policy does include a 30-day warranty, the manager told me that they would only repair the damage that their store had done to my LCD screen at full price. The money I paid for the initial repair would also not be refunded. I sincerely wish I had checked the LCD screen more carefully before I had paid. However, I would suggest choosing a different location to repair your phone, as I was very disappointed that no responsibility was taken for the damage that this store did to my phone...

I asked if they could do same day repairs for a screen replacement (I needed my phone for work) and they said they could, but the OEM screen wasn't available right away but they could get an aftermarket one today. I asked directly whether the fingerprint reader would ofk with the aftermarket one, and they said yes. I also paid for a screen protector to be installed because that would be the prudent thing to do.
They were able to repair it in about an hour, but Leslie forgot to install a screen protector. The AC wasn't working yet after Beryl and she was fixing to leave, so I said it's fine I'll try to install it myself. The screen protector was unfortunately a POS that doesn't even adhere to the screen. Also, the fingerprint reader didn't work with the new screen.
I brought it back once but Leslie said she doesn't know how to calibrate the fingerprint reader, and asked me to come back another day.
Less than a month later, the screen just suddenly didn't turn on one morning. I took it to them to see what was wrong. Next day, they said it wouldn't be covered under warranty, and that the fingerprint reader wouldn't work with this aftermarket screen. They claim the screen was already damaged.
1)I didn't damage the aftermarket screen 2)Even if I did, it was because you didn't install the screen protector like I paid for. 3)I was scammed about the aftermarket screen. You think I would willingly pick a screen that doesn't work with the fingerprint reader??
So I'm scammed out about $220 bucks. They also force you to use Zelle and now I see why - so it's harder for you to dispute/reverse the payment, unlike for...
