Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Houston

Do not go to this store , all employees are under the influence of some sort. Pizza is undercook , I bought a pizza when I arrived home the pizza had very light cheese mostly burnt sauce due to no cheese on it . 10 percent of the pizza was smashed in. When I went back to request a new one. By my surprise the bottom of the pizza was under cook . I went back to the same store to get a refund they couldn't do it. I decided to stay to watch for the first time when they made my pizza for the 3rd time. What I notice they pull out the pizza to early from the oven not letting the pizza fully cook , future customers are going to get raw pizza and not realize it until they arrive home. The Manager is very rude when the new guy messed up on my order she screamed at him and tried to direct it to me I asked her what was her problem then she tried to go at me then I asked for her name to report her she refused to give it to me she tried to act like the up charge was not a big deal because it was a $1 but like I told her it's not about that if he over charges everyone that comes in wrong this will become a problem like it was with me. Pizza should taste like pizza! Not dry with no sauce.. People in Italy would be ashamed to eat pizza that is dry. Very very little sauce is used. Mostly cheese and condiments. They don’t use sauce for their pizza anymore? This is probably the worst pizza place I have been to. The Batman Pizza was not available at 7:40 PM. The cashier stated that they were closing in 30 mins and they close at 9:00pm. I told him it is too early to close he then said that they broke down the machine and everything was already cleaned up.
