Immediately when I walked in the staff greeted me and asked if I needed help. One employee in particular, Casey, got right down to business helping me choose a phone which matched my budget but mostly me actual usage. Not once did he continue to lure me into buying something expensive and useless to me. He was very patient and extremely knowledgeable about the phones the store carried.
I appreciated him helping me set up my phone as well...about 20 minutes. I even learned how to not panic when I forgot my password. He told me what to do.
