Trudy's Hallmark Shop — Local services in Houston

I always need little gifts whether for a friend, co-worker, or employee. Hallmark always has something to express my exact message whether it's just a card or a bag of goodies. I like this location best for many reasons. The top 3 I would say starts with the staff (always willing to lend a hand or suggest something to you). Another is the location. This Hallmark is located in Memorial City Mall. I have visited this place and it is never crowded not to confuse with traffic flow or lack of business. The reason I say this is because my third and final reason is the inventory. I shop a lot online and when I want something immediately this location has yet to disappoint me with the inventory. I am always looking for cards in Spanish and this location has a wide selection to choose from for all occasions. Overall, the store is very welcoming and organized. At this location the staff was helpful and very friendly. My only problem was they were very short staffed. I came at store opening and the ladies working were swamped and trying their best to keep up. Boxes were piled in a corner waiting to be put out on display and it was hard to navigate the narrow walking space. I was unable to find the item I needed even though online said there were multiple available, my guess is the item was inside the boxes...

Fantastic selection of greeting cards. The employees are incredibly nice and quite helpful. They go out of their way to be helpful to all customers. Lovely store!!! Always a great variety of collectables as well. I purchased items for many people on my Christmas list all in one stop! Clean and well lit! Ample parking and wheelchair access. I highly, highly recommend this...
