Subway — Restaurant in Houston

Very disappointed. Ive came to get lunch several times before never had an issue but today I came in it was empty and the lady that was there was talking on the phone as she was making my sandwich. It honestly didnt bother me because she wasnt holding it to her ear. I get to work, im halfway through my sandwich and as I bite off a piece I see something. A hair right in my sandwich. It is not mine. I have thick dark hair and it looks very thin and almost ash in color. I will not be coming to this location again. You can see the hair in the picture coming out of my sandwich...

The fountain drinks are watered down . I tried every choice they had and everyone of them was watered down. I told the youngest lady in there if I could change my drink for one in the fridge. She claimed she just changed it didn’t want to give me the drink from the fridge until she finally said okay. Still got mad at me because she’s claiming she’s right and I’m wrong when she didn’t even bother checking herself. Service sucks and the way she came at me as a customer isn't professional at all. Never coming here again. Don’t waste your time....

Worst service ever! I don’t know who hire ANA but she needs to get fire, RUDEST employee in there. First they charge you wrong and they want to correct you and they won’t admit that what they charged was wrong, she was rude and had horrible costumer service and laughs at you. I will like to talk to corporate to get this resolve last time going to this location. And please restock your...
