Burlington — Local services in Howell Township

I've shopped this store since it first opened. Always clean, well stocked with merchandise, neat with some areas being a little messy due to some customers not caring. Sanitizing wipes were available when you first walked in which was a pkeasant surprise because nor all stores still offer them. This was my first visit probably in about 6-8 months. I was shocked at the way the store looked. I have never seen it in such disarray. Almost every shelf I saw was void of product but what product was there was just haphazardly place there. Items were not neatly in their place making it somewhat difficult looking to shop. Many areas looked void of product. I have never, ever seen this store in such bad shape. The clothing section wasn't as bad but still not like it usually was in the past. I saw maybe 2 employees, one of which was the cashier. The cashier was pleasant enough but wasn't enthusiastic about her job because of her lack of greeting me. And while I was retrieving my oayment from my wallet, the cashier let out a huge, loud yawn without covering her mouth. Very unprofessional and very unexpected. As for taking photos for this review, I was in too much shock to even think of taking pictures. I did however take a picture of an item as I was leaving because I thought it was cute. IF I return to this store and it's still in the same condition, I'll take photos. But I don't think I want to go back...

My store experience was absolutely fine until I got to the register where I had to deal with a woman named Belinda. She is one of the snobbiest rudest people I have ever come across working customer service. She should literally work at a McDonald’s with her face and her attitude, she not only provided one of the worst customer service experiences, but she also refused to give me a hanger for a dress that I purchased, she was irritated that I asked for a $.10 bag, refused to enter my loyalty phone number, and made me do it myself, and then proceeded to throw the receipt in my face, so I wanted to let everybody know to Be on your toes if you see this woman because she absolutely sucks at her job and should be fired. I did...

The store IS clean, but of course certain areas are 'destroyed' more than others...especially the shoes & makeup area.

Some women are unbelievable. The wake of destruction they leave behind...the shoe area looked like a tornado swept through!

Women...be a WOMAN & put the shoes you had on your feet back on the shelf where you got them. At least pick them up off the floor! Don't bag on men for being slobs when this department was annihilated by women slobs! SHAME ON YOU!!!
