I was trying to repair a Maytag Bravo XL and googled the fault code to determine what the most common repair for that fault would entail. After removing the drum a process I would not attempt again, that was not the problem. So once again back to google.... to find appliance repair in Howell and was directed to Mighty Young’s Appliance. Thank You Google !! When I called the owner answered and I started on a rant on what fault code I had and what I I had done so far to the washer in attempt to repair it, he asked me for the make and model number and put me on a brief hold, then told me what parts I would need to replace to finish the job as well as the parts I broke when attempting the initial repair. I asked him if they would come out to complete the repair and he said yes however you sound like you are capable with what you have done so far and the service call would be x then spent over a half our on the phone with me walking through how to remove the stator and faulty sensor. I stoped at his store, ordered the parts and picked them up New Year’s Eve, installed the two parts then reassembled the washer. Great Success ! You do not find people that care and have a passion for what they do and are willing to spend time while they are concerned about your wallet. Not to mention when I was going to just order a new Machine through them when I was about to give up on the repair he said the parts you need are only about $50.00 dollars why buy a new one if the repair works. I LOVE THIS PLACE they have...
Read moreMy owners manual for my fridge directed me to call an 800 # to get reliable repair service accredited by Frigidaire. I complied and was given the number for Mighty Youngs. Knowing Howell to Hazlet is a distance, I checked their website which assured me that they did cover Hazlet. However when I called to schedule, I was told (in a very condescending manner- like I was a fool for thinking they would come to Hazlet) that Hazlet was out of the service are. I advised them via email and again here- to update their website and treat people better. I guess they don't need the business- so don't give them yours!

Read moreI own a construction company and have accounts everywhere. I maintain appliances at some complexes we deal with. I just bought a place in this area and called them twice for parts and they didn't have them but the lady on the phone was pleasant so I wanted to give them my business. I went in for a part I can get online for $6.75 and from my distributer in north jersey for $14.95. It was $42 down here and I asked to create a commercial account. I told him my pricing and that I understood everyone needs to make a living and that I was just looking for an account with reasonable pricing. The gentleman (owner perhaps) told me that they don't do commercial accounts and that I should probably get it from my distributor with an attitude you could only appreciate in person. I own a small business and hate to bash anyone but it was very condescending in person and you shouldn't speak to customers that way..........VERY DISAPOINTED. WANTED TO LIKE THEM. ORDERED THE PART FOR $14.95. Picking...
