francesca's — Local services in Hudson

I love this franchise and I love this store, in particular. Normally, we go to the Summit Mall Francesca's, but this one a bit bigger and the girls there were so so sweet. It was the best customer service I had all day (and we shopped the whole day at many stores). Stephanie, especially, was amazing. She offered to do things (like continually taking the clothes from the outermost hook, that we didn't want) that the other store didn't. She was joking around and fun to talk to. We bought more because of her. Gina was very sweet, too, at the cash register! All in all, it was a great experience. We'll be going back to that one, the next time I'm in town.

I wish I had gotten her name, but the employee who was there today was honestly the highlight of my week. I was going in to find a few pairs of earrings, and was carrying my 19mo old son with me. As any parents know, shopping with a kiddo can be tricky. She was so incredibly kind, and gave him a toy to play with so I could shop. She played catch with him when he wanted to throw the toy to him, and made me feel so comfortable (I have that mom guilt where I think bringing a kid with me makes me an inconvenience). Seriously. My daughter and I had a little bit of free time between dance rehearsals, so we did some window shopping in downtown Hudson. In some of the other stores we entered, we were ignored or looked down upon, almost as if we were criminals. But in Francesca's, we were immediately greeted warmly by the cutest young employee, who took the time to ask my daughter about dance class. Everything in the store was so pretty and well-organized. We didn't have a lot of time, but ended up buying an adorable romper for a great price! We will be back for sure. The welcoming atmosphere was truly a breath...
