I recently had the pleasure of residing in Matrix Hudson a state of the art apartment community. This community has truly exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I stepped foot on the premises, it was evident that this community was in a league of its own. Combining top-notch amenities, attentive management, and an inviting atmosphere, this community offers an exceptional living experience that is unparalleled.

The first thing that struck me about this apartment community was its stunning aesthetics. The well-maintained landscaping and cared-for grounds create a beautiful and serene environment. Both June and Corey make this place feel like home. The state-of-the-art fitness center is fully equipped with the most common exercise equipment, making it a joy to workout in. The clean and quiet grilling area provides a relaxing retreat on summer days, and the meticulously landscaped curb appeal and various greens offer a peaceful setting to unwind and enjoy the outdoors. The community also has a dog park, rentable community room and located next to various walking trails – catering to the needs of residents of all ages and interests.

The staff is not only knowledgeable and professional, but they also genuinely care about the residents' well-being. We downsized from a house to an apartment at The Point at Hudson about six years ago when the complex first opened. At the time there were several new complexes opening in the area along with many existing complexes. We drove by over 20 complexes and toured four complexes before deciding that The Point at Hudson looked like it would be a good place to call home.

After almost six years it has been and still is a good place to call home.

The complex is located behind a small office park and abuts conservation land and a Walmart lot. Because of the location the complex is very quiet and nice to take walks around. The Walmart is a 5 minute walk down a small back road which makes getting food and pharmacy very convenient - the Walmart pharmacy is the best pharmacy team we have ever worked with. The location of the complex on the edge of Hudson/Marlborough puts it in a very good location for access to several nearby food chains along with local restaurants, shopping, services and medical care. Access to 290/495 is less than 5 minutes. Hudson has turned the downtown area into a growing local foodie stop so there are many choices. The Hudson and Marlborough public libraries are both great places to visit.

The buildings in the complex clearly show an attention to detail that makes them standout from other complexes and is one of the reasons we decided to move here. Most complex buildings look like typical rectangular boxes with a grey color scheme. The Point at Hudson buildings have a rectangular shape but use a number of architectural enhancements to vary the shape. The color scheme uses a combination of earth tones with make it appealing. The interiors are well made with wide hallways and stairwells that are actually fine finished with windows and carpet instead of the typical grey/white painted cinder block/concrete with no windows. This makes a difference when walking around and through the buildings because they appear more open.

When living in an apartment you are living in close proximity with others so there is going to be noise. We have been very happy with the low neighbor noise level in this complex. This is not a college frat house. The neighbors here are respectful of each other and get along very well from our experience.

The team that manages and maintains the complex have been excellent to work with. The few maintenance requests we have opened over the 6 years have been competently dealt with quickly. The leasing/management team have been great interact with and are quick to respond and resolve the few issues we have had.

Everyone here is so incredibly friendly!!!! We just recently started living here and coming from the city, we weren't quite sure what to expect in regards to the type of change we were stepping into. June and Corey had patience, kindness, and provided very much needed reassurance that everything would work out from the very beginning. It wasn't a front to get us here, that's just who they are. They responded to every phone call, every email, and every concern with the utmost care. They've embraced us here, and I am beyond thankful. It already feels like home
