This place needs to be visited by the Dept of health and a regional manager. Immediately. The entire floor was awash in filthy water. Wasn’t even close to dry after 20 minutes. The kitchen crew performed like the Keystone Kops. Three different people wondered if they should take my order until someone finally did. They got my order wrong. My drink cup was presented to me by someone who stuck three fingers inside the cup. No gloves. Four of the drink options were unavailable When I opened the bag I noticed there were no napkins. There were none by the utensils. I went to the counter and asked for some napkins …. and was handed one ….with the explanation that they had run out. The gloveless woman had 3 or 4 more in her hand behind her back which she begrudgingly surrendered to me. I thanked her,.. reminding her that the food is finger licking’ good. Her “huhhh??” expression told me she had no clue that I had just quoted her employer’s famous strap line. The food was greasy, the portions continuing to shrink…especially the biscuits. The bathroom was suitable only for rats. The toilet was “full.” Paper on the floor. Multiple attempts to caulk the bottom of the toilet. (What plumber does that?!?). Wash my hands before returning to work? I hope no one used this dump. We got a kick out of the hand-written notices on the ordering kiosks; they both apologized for any “In con vein ance.” Guessing it was written by the portly gentleman whose hair net covered maybe 40% of his bushy beard.
I sure hope this is a company-owned store. No owner who invested big bucks for the franchise would ever tolerate.
Will never return....
Read moreDisappointed in the Hudson, MA KFC Experience I used to be a regular at this KFC, but I stopped coming about a year ago—and unfortunately, nothing has changed. If you try to order anything after 9 PM, you’re likely to hear the same response: “We don’t have enough chicken,” followed by a limited offer of just wings or thighs. No substitutions, no effort to make the family meals work—just a take-it-or-leave-it attitude.
What’s more frustrating is the atmosphere behind the counter. It often feels more like a high school hangout than a professional business. The energy and attitude don’t reflect the standards you’d expect from a national brand like KFC.
I genuinely enjoy KFC, and this is the only location I’ve had consistent issues with. It makes me wonder if the owner is aware of how much business is lost every night after 9 PM. Something doesn’t add up—whether it’s poor planning, product being held back, or just a lack of accountability.
I miss being able to count on this place for a quick, satisfying dinner after work. I really hope management steps up and turns this...
Read moreFirst time here, last time here, gave me wrong order, completely wrong order but was to go and top of bag looked ok. Went INSIDE to order as I delivered to the Walmart, so how hard is it to take an order face to face with no microphone for an excuse. Stood there 5 minutes at 9.40pm when noone was in line or in the eating area while they argued with each other about whos fault it wasn't for whatever other issue. Absolutely disgusted, was overcharged because of the wrong order. Check your receipts and bag COMPLETELY, INCLUDING counting your chicken before leaving this lousy excuse for a store. Drive the country and in 4 years NEVER left a bad review anywhere and I've had bad service. 10$ overcharge is disgusting. Along with the service and hours old chicken that went into the garbage. Wouldn't even give one star if I didn't have to. Don't say you weren't warned when you read reviews...
