Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Hudson

This was the slowest place ever due to online ordering. Every person working was helping these online orders, except one guy that wasnt doing anything at all, useless in fact. People that are actually in the restaurant stand there waiting like idiots behind all this online stuff, it literally took 40 minutes from the time we ordered our food until the time we got our food. The fact that we now live in an environment that is online does not mean we the customer should be standing there waiting 40 minutes because the establishment has not enough help.. I am turning 60 this year and j can day this is the slowest service I have ever received.. What makes me even madder is the employees just go about their business while you stand there waiting, nobody asks anything and you feel like just leaving but you cant because they have your money already and then everything stopped when the lady in front of me who ordered online had to say, my food is cold and stuff is missing, that took the entire staffs attention to fix that order, hence the 40 + minutes we waited.. Absolutely unacceptable experience at KFC/TACO BELL...

I honestly have ordered from this Taco Bell so many times and every time I go there is something wrong with my meal. Usually it’s they forget something small so I just brush it off… but when you serve me my entire order wrong after giving you my service often and me repeating my order in the drive thru 3 times to the cashier I feel the need to write a review.

My order:

A number 10 (taco and a grilled cheese burrito) Swap out the steak in the burrito for beef add extra rice Cinnamon twists Side of jalapeno sauce A Doritos taco for my boyfriend

What I received:

No jalapeno sauce Cinnamon twists that tastes like they were prepared in 5 day old oil (they were not edible whatsoever) and smelled like paint?? Just a smell that if I ate it I would definitely get sick. My grilled cheese burrito ONLY consisted of steak, tortilla strips, lettuce and a LOT of sauce. No rice or beef at all. Rice is the main ingredient in the Taco Bell burrito. That also made it to the trash bin. It was like eating a pile of slop.

Can’t even get a refund because they gave me no receipt Nice...

If you want to be subject to an adult tantrum, this is the place for you.

I just tried ordering drive thru from here a few moments ago. The woman taking orders had trouble hearing me and then shouted back that I should “let the driver speak” (my boyfriend) even though we could hear my voice echoing back through. There was only one car in front of us, so they weren’t even that busy.

My boyfriend and I have both worked in the service industry and would NEVER have spoken to a customer like that. However, this woman seemed perfectly comfortable taking out whatever she’s going through on others publicly.
