Honestly, the only good thing about it was the nice cashier who helped us out. The lemon pepper sauce was very disappointing and a bit disgusting. And when asked to see if perhaps I can get a redo order on some Mild tenders I ordered on the side, I was told no. I did pay again but still felt disappointed they didn’t try to help out or provide another option. I understand not wanting to give out free food, but I didn’t feel remotely understood. I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I placed my order ahead of time, expecting it to be ready when I arrived. Not only was it not ready on time, but when I expressed my frustration, they refused to offer a refund or any kind of solution.

What made it even worse was what I saw in the kitchen—the cook was preparing food with bare hands and no gloves. That is completely unacceptable and unsanitary.

Between the poor customer service and the unsafe food handling, I will not be returning and do not recommend this...

I went on a Thursday around 9:30pm And two employees were inside cleaning and one of them came out to the register and said they were closed last order they take was at 9:20pm.
