Took my mother to shop for a necklace for Mother’s Day this morning. She kindly asked the blond lady employee for a “heart pendent that said MOM” the employee used horrible body language and rolled her eyes as if she did not want to be there. Then she had an older lady help us out. The older lady showed us 2 pendants then left to go help another lady out. This place is very unorganized and customer service is horrible. This might be the last time I come to this jewelry shop. They have to remember we are the reason they are still open. A lot of stores have been closing and when things really hit the fan it might be the next one!!
