Horrible customer service! They are not able to deliver the dress I ordered which I’m not even upset about. It’s the fact they are giving me the hardest time about giving me my deposit back. Apparently the owner has to approve the refund, which of course she is not available on the phone. But that is not the worse part, I was able to get ahold of the owner, but she felt because I was being “disrespectful “ to her employees by asking them for my money back she was going to hold off on “approving” the refund. She felt I was rude because I was asking her employees to do the right thing and refund my deposit since they were unable to provide me with the dress I ordered. They send me a picture of a similar dress with a different cut, which they could alter to make it look like original dress. Customer service is definitely not at the fore front of their business. I let the owner know I live in Corona and I drove to Huntington Park to get my refund. She did not care and because “I was demanding” my money back it was going to be on her time, not mine. Again, CUSTOMER SERVICE 101, if you sell a product or service and you can’t deliver or perform the service, the right thing to do is to give the customer a refund. My mistake was to not check the reviews prior to visiting the store. PLEASE if you are thinking of purchasing anything from this store, think twice. I would hate for them to do this to anyone else. This in my book is theft. As of today, still no refund event after the owner said she would call me back before end of day. She did “butt dialed me” and I could hear her conversation which I recorded. Just absolutely poor management and ownership. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL! Very...

OMG were do I start, all the employees are super nice and have my made this experience so easy and pleasant. I am currently planning my daughters Quince. My daughter first came here last year and it wasn't long before she found the dress of her dreams. There are very affordable here with there prices especially with this economy. I also decided to get my dress here for my daughters event and they were very fast I ordered it and the next day I was in for fitting and took it home the same day. All the Chambelanes also got there TUX here including my hubby too. What I thought would be a nightmare turned out to be a walk in the park thanks to Yuri and her team. This is literally a one stop shop if your looking for Quince's/ Bautizos/ Weddings I promise you will not regret coming here and I want to Thank Diamond Dresses Boutique for helping my daughter look so beautiful on her special day you all made this experience...

Attention, Attention... please do not waste your time at this place. The owner (Yuri) whom pretends not be the owner is a liar and a big THIEF. She takes advantage of people by making false promises and does not comply. Once she gets the deposit from you she starts to put a lot of excuses and the job on the dresses alterations are defected, very unprofessional and refuses to return your deposit. Even the Law enforcement says that this is not the first time this type of situation happens at this location. Apparently they've done the same thing to many people but no one reports them. Her employees covers for her and she never faces you, instead she has one her employee's deal with the problem.

Tengan mucho cuidado...No crean falsas promesas de esta gente. Son muy inresponsables y mentirosas especialmente la dueña (Yuri) quien se hace pasar por empleada. Ella es una grán ladrona solo le roba el dinero de la gente . Hasta el departamento de autoridades dicen que esta no es la primera vez que sucede en este negocio.

Tanbien tiene un salon de belleza que se llama " Yuri's Beauty Salon and Supplies" Se ha hecho de estos negocios robandoles dinero a personas inocentes.
