Royal Tie Tuxedos Quinceanera — Local services in Huntington Park

They have a nice options, but the service is what makes me not recommend this place. My daughter saw two dresses she loved, but we were informed they only allow you to try one dress without a commitment to buy (much less than other places we visited) but she made an exception for my daughter to try the two. They looked great but she couldn't decide so we left the store. Fast forward a week and we return since my daughter has now narrowed it down to a dress at this store and another. We ask if she can try it on again and were told no, she already tried it on. I said to the sales rep that I understood but she is ready to purchase today if this one ends up being the favorite over the other dress she tried on today, still the answer is no, that why can't we just base it on a picture we took? I don't know about others but if I'm about to buy a 1,500 dress I would need to try it on at least one last time to be sure. I told the rep I was ready to buy if this was the one she chose, still no budge. For someone trying to sell their products they do a terrible job at helping a young girl decide. Wouldn't recommend to anyone with a shy daughter who needs to reassurance...

All I can say is wow! We had been very busy and failed to notice the invitation to the wedding we planned on going to tomorrow said “Black Tie Event” I started looking for a place with fast service and saw that Royal Tie did same day service. It was about a half hour away from where I live but so worth it!! For $120, I got my tuxedo and shoes in less than a half hour. Anna is so pleasant and took care of me immediately with the best service. I am amazed at how smooth everything went and how it took longer for me to try it on than it did to prepare. Absolutely amazing service, beautiful fit, and faster than I ever would have imagined. Huge thanks to Anna and her team for the same day service with a great attitude and unbeatable price. Multiple tuxedos and dresses for a wedding were incorrect sizes by far, not to mention getting our rightfully money back was a complete hassle. This business takes advantage of the community, if you come to this place you have to hope that everything is perfect for you because if theres even a tiny fault in the services and you demand your money back, youre going to be met with a snotty atittude and a firm “no” this place only cares about their money, not the customers whatsoever, not lenient in any shape or form.
