Diego Medel — Local services in Huntington Park

Extremely disappointing experience with Diego Medel. I ordered a custom dress over a year in advance and followed up consistently. I made multiple calls and sent several texts during the process, most of which were ignored or went unanswered. I had to fly to Los Angeles twice, three months before, and again two weeks before the event, just to try to get clarity and ensure the dress would be ready. In total, I flew to LA three separate times because of the lack of communication and accountability.

For the price and supposed reputation, I expected professionalism, not stress, silence, and a last minute, incorrect product. Would not recommend this...

Real bad service I been calling and no one answers they still haven't giving me my fotos and video for my wedding and it was not free it was $2000.00 this is verry upsetting I can't have or see or have memories from my wedding how irritating and sad that we trusted this people and now they don't answer and now we don't have those beautiful memories from our wedding .please don't buy from them and fall for there scheme go somewhere else you can't trust these people .atleast if something happened they should of reached out .the system would not let me do no stars unfortunately I had to give them 1 star that they...

I couldn't rate it with 0 stars, I was chasing my order for two months and today the best they could do was return the money after being here for an hour waiting for Diego Medel who supposedly was on his way. Would not recommend at all, seriously was an awful wait. Even witnessed another customer lash out after waiting a year according to her whit the same problem.
