Panda Express — Restaurant in Huntington Park

Check your food before leaving. I ordered 5 plates of teriyaki, and chicken was undercooked. Asked the manager for a refund and Manager stated he could not give me back my money but would give me credit instead. I came back once to use part of my credit. Went back to use the rest of my credit and were denying me the rest of my credit. I showed the manager my receipt (when i used part of my credit) and the receipt for the 5 plates I returned. Manager stated I used all my credit and would not give me my remaining balance ($16.32) what's worse is that manager stated that I had to use all the store credit. The first time I went back (I didn't need to, I only needed 3 plates at the time) I took a photo of that receipt since I did not trust the manager updating the amount pending on his "book" so I took a photo of the receipt to have as evidence. I will go back later this week to speak with the manager as he was not here (denied my credit over the phone) this franchise lacks professionalism and cannot do something as simple as updating a customer's store credit as promised. Make sure if your ever in the same situation as I went through, pop out your cell phone and record as they will change the story to not pay you back. Will update review once I get this...

They dont even deserve 1 start this is an horrible!! Horrible!! Restaurant! i had it already! Long time ago! I make 2 complaints online about this place ! Of course they send me free coupons ! But today! Omgsh! For real! the server (Mayra) gave me very small portions on all 3 of my plates. I asked for a lil more but she refused, I spoke to the manager (native hindu) about the problem & he said he would give more just this time with a annoyed look on his face & tone in his voice & said that was the portion that they always gave which is false. Before they gave more! So such a liers! At this point I tell him that this was not the way to talk to your customers ( stupid attitude!) thats when the server mayra shouts that if I don't like it I should go somewhere else! Oh! All because I told her I was gonna make a report to the corporation stupid woman! So At this point! I still love panda but Imma have to drive all the way to lakewood! not even the 1 in firestone and atlantic !...

I normally am reluctant to go to a Panda Express. In the past I've always been a little disappointed. The food looks good but never taste quite as good as it looks. This experience was surprisingly different. The staff was extremely helpful and a friend of mine and I actually commented on the food. Which I think has never happened. Their seasonal shrimp dish was better than expected as well. I also noticed they have added some new types of seating which I think was a nice touch. Obviously this is just another form of fast food but I would say it's on the higher end. One thing I must say is Panda Express in general needs to get some better hot sauce options. But I am glad that they have some brown rice which is a slightly Healthy Touch. Other than that, quick, nice service. I'll take that when you're on the go. #chasomwashere...
