I went to Walgreens in Huntington park I wanted to purchased it total over $100 only so they ring all your stuff the guy cashier look space out I told him call a manager it was taking to long of a waite I enter my pin the machine was taking to long i told him call your manager he looks space out he calls her she say what card did I use I said ebt card well sometimes Ebt doesn't work. There was no sign at the registered i was at. She pointed to a sign behind me on another check out stan that wasn't in use. I told her but I'm in this check out stand I don't have eyes behind my head you should post this sign in the entrance so people don't waste there time coming in here. Walgreens should post a sign ebt doesn't work at the entrance. There customer service fail me they look at you like your the problem holding up the line I wasted time and then Walgreens employees have to put everything up just post a sign in the front or fix the register I had to live everything I wanted to purchase. I just walk out imbarresed. I had to drive to a CVS and I received better respect and service. Read moreWORST WALGREENS! Go to CVS. Placed an order for photos online. Disclaimer said they would be ready the next day in the AM. Went the next day, waited at the photo section. Saw about 3-4 employees pass me by. Non of them asked me if I was picking up photos or where to go. Waited about 20 mins until the cashier informs me to wait at the cashiers line to assistance. I go and line up. Asked the cashier I was there to pick up photos. She goes to the photo section, she can’t find my order. She looks at the printing machine and tells me that there is a paper jam. She begins to process my prints. 5 mins pass then the, what appears to be the manager, comes over and tells her he’s put a pause on printing for the day. So my prints will not be ready until the following day.
So, I wait about 5 days and return to the store. Line up at the cashiers and inform them I’m there to pick up some photos. We head over to the photo section. Then she informs me she cannot locate the prints. Tells me what might of happened was that they cancelled my prints and that I had to resubmit my order. I let her know, no thanks. Read moreThis place has very customer service it’s not the first time this happens to me when I need to pick up my photos. But yesterday it was horrible the name name “Marisa Ramos” that says that she is the one in charge in the store was very rude I asked her for her name and she still said she was the supervisor there like telling me even if you do what ever it is. No one will do anything about it. Well I hope with this review she gets fired from her position. She should be the example to customer service and she should be polite. If she wants respect she should give the same respect back. She is a dumb person who might think she is better then others for the place she have in a store that is probably still less payed then a cna she was very un respectful to me and to another lady there too. But besides her there was another lady there who had helped another customer before me and she just took off after didn’t even bother to say I’ll be back in a min or I’ll help you once I can.
