A V Enthusiast — Local services in Huntsville

We first met Mr Douglas the President of AV Enthusiast at the Huntsville home show. He seemed a nice guy who knew what he was talking about. Because we are new home builders we kept his card so we could go back and discuss our AV and security requirements with him. we made an appointment at their office were my wife and I went for about an hour going over a detailed discussion of what we wanted in our new home. This is the good part.

Now the bad part. After I sent electronic copies of our house plans to aid in Mr. Douglas planning, we waited, and waited and waited. I called back to the AV/Enthusiast office and talked to Chris who manages part of the business for Mr Douglas. We were told "we will get your quote back to you next week." We waited, and waited and waited. Nothing.

I called again after weeks of no returned call. No response. We waited, and waited and waited. Nothing.

I called this AM after waiting over a month for just a quote, with no responses to my calls or inquires. This business (can you call it that?) has acted very unprofessionally, caused us to waste time in personally visiting their place of business, calls, and frustration.

Overall, a very poor performance and we will definitely DEFINITELY NOT USE AV/Enthusiast for any work in our new construction let alone Audio...

I have used AV Enthusiast on several different occasions and have always been pleased with their service. On each occasion AV has been very prompt in returning my calls and we have been pleased with each and every installation they have performed. They aim to please and on the one occasion we were not pleased with the initial install, they quickly came back to our house and removed the existing stereo wire and replaced it to our liking at no additional charge.

From installing our home theater system to upgrading our existing in home sound system, they have consistently performed A+ work and I would not hesitate to call them if additional services are needed. Look no further than AV Enthusiast for your home...
