Chandlers Ford Brewing — Local services in Huntsville

This will read at first like a rant, but it does have a happy ending. Went here before the city’s St. Paddy’s Day parade. It’s a zoo and the staff is working hard to keep ahead of the demand — and is losing ground. After a few minutes, I decide to pay my tab and leave. Fifteen-minute wait for the check, but I have to stay because they have my card. Eventually the bartender tells me that they gave my card accidentally to another patron. And that he’s gone to every surrounding bar to find the guy. And spoke to every bartender at those places to ask them to look for the guy. He buys me a sandwich and asks me to wait a few minutes before I cancel the card. Then, sure enough, the guy came back to the bar after another bartender elsewhere spotted the card and told the guy. I say this because it would have been easy in this chaos to simply tell me the bad news and be fine with me. This guy really cared and wanted to make things right. And he succeeded. BeeZr’s Gastropub is where we met for the Tennessee Valley Scottish Society Kilt Night. I had the Loempia (sp?) appetizer for dinner, which was tasty. Friends had the fish tacos & a Pizza, and both were happy with them. For those who imbibe, there is a nice selection of beer and whisky. Service was good until around 9pm when the place had filled and become quite loud. It was difficult for my friend to get a drink then, because there just weren't enough servers for the crowd on a Saturday night. Update: Honestly, probably some of the best craft beer in Huntsville. They always have a range of styles to try and always something new.

I've rated Beezr as a whole before but I also want to say that Chandler's Ford makes some of the best and creative small batch beers around. They are always rotating taps and making something new. I love coming by for a drink or grabbing one of there many excellent beers to go in a purple cup.
