Roundhouse — Attraction in Huntsville

My prom was held here. Very nice venue, right off the interstate in Huntsville. It has a great historic vibe and is very large, perfect for accommodating several hundred people! However if there had been a smaller crowd I think it would still have felt cozy :) the bathrooms are clean and comfortable, there was a huge basket full of makeup samples, hair products, hygiene products and anything else you might need to touch up! Not sure if this is provided by the Roundhouse or by the company who did our prom but I think it's a very nice touch :) would definitely recommend this venue for special...

Communication here is absolutely terrible. We were going to have our wedding here but the event planner didn't see like they wanted our money at all. They were supposed to call and let us know if the date was booked, 2 weeks go by and no phone call. We both tried called and she never would answer. Eventually got an email about the date a month later and she put the wrong name in the email, completely unprofessional and unorganized. Beautiful venue, but the staff is impossible to get a hold of. Took 2 weeks to schedule a tour, then they cancelled the day before. The initial rental is descent, but when you add in all the extras you end up paying the same amount as most other venues. No catering kitchen or area to get ready, if you're considering it for a wedding ceremony and reception. Also, hard stop and have to have everything cleaned out by midnight.
