I brought my iPad in to get a cracked screen replaced on Wednesday morning . The technician said it might be done by that evening, but I told him I couldn't come back until the next day. I called on Thursday morning and was told it was next in line for repair. I called Thursday afternoon and was told it should be done in about a half hour. We got to the store about 20 minutes later and then got to wait for over an hour while the technician worked on the iPad. He was very nice (but it was a one-man show so he had to wait on customers, answer the phone and chat with his manager at the same time). Because we had to wait, he gave me a free screen protector. Then he handed me the iPad. It didn't feel right at all - too heavy, my code didn't work, and the buttons seemed wrong. That's because it was NOT my iPad! Mine was already fixed and waiting behind the counter! He still gave me a free screen procector but I will probably have to remove it because it has a piece of dirt and bubble under it. Had my screen replaced only two weeks ago and the new screen they installed is already cracked. No I did not drop or abuse my phone. Just had it in my pocket. They use cheap junk that will not last. I went there and asked what is the warranty on a screen replacement and they said 30 days. Then when I showed them my phone and told to they replaced it two weeks agos, it was all of a sudden cracks are not covered. Avoid these crooks.
