Good luck returning anything with a receipt. Even when you do a pick up order and have the receipt still won’t accept the return I guess you need a rewards account also to make the return. I would never go back the staff is beyond rude every time I go they don’t seem to know what their doing. The manager is by far the rudest and worst customer service I’ve ever seen I’d spend my money elsewhere. Gonna enjoy paying shipping on returning a item that I got in the...

Went in to pick up an ornament. No one spoke or offered assistance. The store was messy and hard to navigate around. Small selection of boxed cards. Looks like most of the actual Hallmark merchandise has been taken out. As I walked out to my car, manager had boxes of product stacked outside the back door. Fed ex was dropping off when I entered. My boyfriend and I came in to look at Christmas ornaments to see if there we any good deals after the holidays and the staff was literally the best I have ever had! I wish I got the two womens names because they were literally awesome!!! So happy with how our experience was and hope to come again...
