Lots of refrigerators, but also plenty of other things. We found a great vanity for cheap. The customer service was pretty terrible. The first time we went they couldn't sell it because of a scanning issue with corporate, which is understandable, but lots of employees standing around that seemed to have no idea what was going on. Went back to purchase it and they quickly let us know we would have to load it ourselves because their machine was broken. My husband asked if we could use one of the rolling carts and she snapped at him "no you're not going to put it on that" Then as we opened it to check out the granite, I asked the obvious question, "what if we get home and it's scratched or dented or something?" She responds, "you just looked at it!" We looked at the top not the entire vanity so not an unreasonable question. She was just extremely rude and snappy while we were trying to be overly nice. I just don't understand the mentality these days that customers are an inconvenience. Finally, two guys were very nice and pushed the broken machine out so that they could lift it onto our truck. We were grateful that in the end some employees were willing to work and be helpful.

There wasn’t a soul in there that knew about appliances. There were two refrigerators that were clearly used. One had moldy butter in it and was molded over while the other was filled with crumbs and flies. I asked what was wrong with a unit and he told me to look at the dent. I did and asked if that was all that was wrong. I told him that I had a few questions. He said yes that was what was what was wrong with it and asked if I wanted to buy it. I then opened the door and the seal popped right out. It also had some sort of sticky paste leaking out that I could barely wash off of my hand. No one was helpful. There were two units that had fresh and wet glue on a clearly brown. Part that has leaked all over the inside. They had a lot of Frigidaire’s that were known lemons. The prices are not good for such questionable units.

We went to buy some tools and stuffs for our small garden at Lowe’s, Madison, Alabama. As what expect they have ll the necessary equipments and tools together with the seedlings. But the problem is that, and one of their cashier was asking for our IDs when we are just “purchasing” stuffs for our garden. Looking for valid IDs. Question was, is it needed to show IDs when buying at the @Lowe’s-Huntsville? Now a bit feel offended me and my husband questioned if he is a real vet? Which is I personnally take it as rude. Hope that guy one of Lowe’s costumer personnel/ cashier will change his personality especially when conducting and assisting Lowe’s costumer. Seems like he was gawking costumers appearance and questionning the costumers credebility when buying garden stuffs instead of being helpful towards costumers inquiries.

Sept 17-My husband and I spent about $1500 on Maytag Smart washer and dryer along with 3 year warranties. Sept 18-Did first load of laundry. Washer worked fine, but clothes weren't dry when I used the dryer. I read the manual and assumed it was an error on my part. Our other dryer was really old, and I thought maybe this was some kind of new technology that didn't use as much heat--energy savings and all that. I adjusted and tried other settings, but the dryer was still not heating up. By this time, we were out of the 48 hour return window. Oct 4-Husband filed a claim (only done online) Oct 10-Still waiting to hear from anyone regarding claim Laundry still has to be done so I have to run at least two dryer cycles for a load to be completely dry which I'm sure will increase our electricity bill. I understand the concept of the store and acknowledge that there may be some cosmetic issues which is why the prices are what they are. A salesperson even showed us where to look to see what, if anything, was wrong with the appliances (card on the back). This only pertains to cosmetic stuff like dents and scratches--stuff you can see. You won't know about other issues, like a dryer not heating, until you buy. If you have the money, just go to Lowe's or somewhere else and buy the appliances new. We looked on Lowe's website later, and the same washer and dryer were on sale for only $50 more than we paid...

Good Customer service depends on who you get. The managers do not give good customer service when it comes to giving fair discounted prices. The employees give one price, and the manager gives a higher price, which unminds the employee price. The employees get introuble when it comes to giving above and beyond helping the customer. Lowes Outlet has great employees that explain everything very good they just don't give a price they explain the pricing, explain about warranties and they stay with you and try to see if they can help you find other things that you are looking for. I had a manager come show me a product he gave me price and that was it he didn't ask me if i was looking for anything else he just walked off fromIam in the rental business which I have some rental properties and I was going to by several items from...
