Very popular locally. If you're familiar with the store and aren't shopping for anything out of the ordinary this is a good place to go. Store is always clean and bright. Tricky to get to, either through Chili's / IHOP or the back way by the Best Western. But ample parking is available. The lot is clean and well maintained as well. Generally well stocked. A wide variety of office supplies, printing and stationery is available for a reasonable price. Customer service is hit and miss. You may get lucky and find that person who is on the ball one day and the next day there is no one but bubble gum poppers. Don't call, you'll end up on hold or get hung up on. That said, if you walk in you'll be greeted warmly and someone will ask if you need help, and they'll do the best they can. Read morePoor customer service online. They cancelled my online order of a printer due to it being on backorder. The rep I spoke to advised me that it would be 24 hours before my funds were put back on my cc. Told me to call back if necessary. I was led to believe purchasing a printer from a company that had them in stock was safe. I have called every day since and was told up to 48 hours, then 3 days, 5 days, now 7 to 10 for them to release the temporary hold on my card. My cc company can do nothing as they are keeping the transaction in the processing step of their system. This essentially prevents the transaction from being closed out either way on my cards end. Their reps are rude and condescending. I can not believe that this is how a major company is handling business when our country/ the entire world is facing such...
Read morePoor customer service and also rude. I went in to send some packages through usps for my business like I do once a week. They were weighing my packages 1lb when my packages are ALWAYS less than 1lb. I told the lady in copy print I wanted to send my packages through First Class Mail like I ALWAYS do and she told me they only do Priority Mail and if I wanted to do First Class to go to the main Office. That’s not right because I’m always able to send it through First Class and pay $3.90 per package at Office Depot. I asked for a Manager and they didn’t want to help me instead they charged me $4.75 per package. From now on I will be taking by business somewhere else. Please DO NOT GO TO THIS...
