Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Huntsville

September 2025 Looks like customer service matches the food, to greasy and inedible. Lady just stuck her hand out have is the food closed the window.

Lately been overcooked food except the fries they we some raw, some over cooked didn't know how that happened but will be avoiding this location for a while.

1/23 Ordered Bacon ultimate cheese burger was really good and fresh!!!! Drive thru cashier was not it. Didn't even say anything until the end of the transaction and i guess didn't want to be there. But the food was good!!!

12/2022 ordered 30 nuggets all we're old and not fresh. We're greasy. Will be staying away from this location for a bit.

4/2020 Don't know why I went back. Got the new popcorn chicken was raw and chewy. My ranch chicken sandwiches tasted like they were sitting there A min. Will avoid this location at all costs!!!!

2/13/20 Past 2 times have had bad experiences. First time not fresh food and rude drive thru person. The second time was reheated jalapeno poppers and barely warm burger and fries. Going 2 give this location a break for a while.

11/19 Food was fresh and tasty. Cheese sticks have a weired texture and flavor. no marinara that's crazy but not the locations fault, corporate is to blame on this one. They were fresh and cooked perfect.

1/2018 ordered the bonus jack combo. To me was way to small and the patties even smaller but was fresh... Went get again but nuggets were great like always.

K so I've been back 3 times amazing service so far, the food has been fresh and great, so happy i went back. And super friendly staff!!!!!! So glad because I love jack because it's fast and good!!!

Minus 1 stay for the past. Ordered 3 breakfast jacks, had egg shell in it. Also got plain biscuit was burned. Good news soda was good....

I gave this Jack in the Box two stars because the restaurant was clean and the parking was ideal. However, there are real service issues at this restaurant. The poor cashier was not trained appropriately and could not take an order without calling the manager. She seemed nice, but just could not enter an order properly.

She gave me my tacos but did not offer any taco sauce. Had to ask and then ask again when I got three sauce packets for four tacos. The food was as tasty as you would expect....really good tacos. However, we noticed we were charged $2.59 for a Jumbo Jack instead of the advertised price of $2.49.

I pointed out the error to the cashier, who quickly deferred to the manager. The obnoxious young manager told me that the prices went up and they haven't changed the signs yet. I asked her to honor the advertised price and she said they do not offer any compensation for inconvenience. I asked her to give me the dime back. She asked me if I really came to the counter over a dime . I told her I did and she rolled her eyes and stared disapprovingly.

I finally got her to return my dime, but with a lot of attitude. I should have got an apology...but not even close. The manager and the cashier need to be trained better. I get that employers are having a tough time getting folks to work, but this was horrible.

Was just visiting out of town, ordered 2/$2 tacos online for drive thru pick up. Sat in drive through for a good 10+ minutes. I gave my online order # and the drive thru girl said she couldnt find it. I asked to confirm I had the correct address, she didnt know the address. Eventually, (5+ min), another woman was able to confirm my order was received and asked me to move forward to the front of the building, out of the drive thru lane. Pulling forward I realized there was a line of others that had been asked to pull forward. Sat in a long line for another 5+ minutes with other frustrated customers that had their windows down and conversated on the horrible experience. Finally got my food, pulled it out before leaving to ensure I had everything, touched it and was so disappointed.....it was freaking cold!!! I was so irritated and exhausted at this point, I just left. Not sure if it was just the new drive thru girl that created a mess that night, but hoping this place gets it figured out. If I actually lived in this town, I would probably never return to this place. This visit was definitely not worth ~30min wait for 2/$2 tacos, that was ordered online!!!!

I do enjoy my JackintheBox food, but this location...
