The Home Depot — Local services in Huntsville

I have been a Pro X Contractor in Texas , Colorado, Arizona and California as well as a Director over 1000 properties in Boulder Colorado. I have been going to Home Depot's across the country for decades. I graduated High School from HHS in 73' Decided to come back home after being gone since 77'. Of all of the Home Depot's that I have worked with this store right here in Huntsville is the best by far. I see positive and negative reviews for everything. All businesses. But basically you get what you put out. Treat people the way you want to be treated. With that being said I personally want to take the time to give a special shout out to the amazing Home Depot employees that I literally see and deal with on just about a daily basis. Starting at the top with an amazing leader and store manager Tracy. She runs and operates a great functional business. And she truly cares. A shout out to all of the staff and employees that show up everyday and work their tails off to give us the best customer service. I especially want to give a special thanks and praise to the following super stars in my book. I don't care what the circumstances are, what the situation is these guys are solid and deserve all of the praise management and HD has to give to support their loyalty, dedication and commitment. This store has failed in many areas. Their availability on applliance was terrible. When attempting to purchase, they were without an appliance specialist twice within one week. I chose to order them anyway and did so by my phone while sitting in the store. I patiently waited 5 1/2 weeks for delivery. Upon first delivery date, no call text or email was made to inform me of the scheduled time. Day of delivery came and no call was made on behalf of Hone Depot or the 3rd party delivery service. Long story short, they screwed up and didn't deliver. The second attempt was two days later. You can figure out what happened. No delivery and lies by the third party delivery crew. Now the store being involved, set up another day. You guessed it, no delivery for the third try. The store was unable to do anything other than say it wasn't happening. The store manager offered a fair discount and the delivery was set up for Thursday. Update: delivery was made with a refrigerator with two large dents in the stainless steel. The microwave box was also damaged and will need to tested. Update: the store manager made special arrangementsto take the sisplay andbe delivered by store personnel. Online ordering is useless at this store, i paid that morning got a text an 1 1/2 later said order was ready for pick up. We pull up to the curbside pickup parking spot with trailer. I text them, then i text them again wait 20 minutes so then i have to call the store and them i have an order and give them my name, but said i had to go down to lumber and building materials to pickup my insulation and said i had to fill out paperwork, so i went in that side already not feeling well to begin with due to spinal issues which is why i used curbside pickup to begin with. At that desk they then told me i had to walk all the way back across the store to the customer service desk for paperwork. I go outside to get a basket to hang onto and walk all the way back to the otherside, then look for someone to help me, the person working this counter i got before, and wasnt very helpful the last time, i had to get out of the truck to open the tailgate because she didnt want to. There is no paperwork she just has a receipt in her hand and then tells me to walk to the otherside of the store again, brings it out on a cart gives my friend the receipt and leaves it so we have to load ourselves. 3 or 4 trips across the store for curbside service there is no point in it, if they do...
