Tommy's Express® Car Wash — Local services in Huntsville

The car wash is decently priced you will definitely leave with a clean car. I switched to them from bubbles car wash and Tommys is phenomenal. Where I would have to spot clean or dry my car after running through bubbles but with Tommy’s I don’t have to do any of that the car comes out clean and dry the wheels are cleaned and don’t need extra cleaning after the wash. The vacuums are great as well and the detail kit they have works great as well. They may cost just a bit extra but the service and quality of a wash make it completely worth it all. I usually don't review many places, but I just recieved the most outstanding service at this car wash! The team of workers are incredibly kind and friendly. I usually get a little nervous when pulling into the car wash tunnel, but the worker was patient and helpful in directing me onto the conveyor. At the vacuum station, a worker came upto me and offered to get the hard to reach spots. (I happily took his offer because I am 9 months pregnant) I figured because of my current state that was why he offered, but no, I saw him offer to help everyone vacuuming. It is so wonderful to see a business have workers who are willing to help. Keep it up Tommy's Express! Yall...

I took my vehicle through the car wash with a free wash coupon. It ripped my rear bumper clean off. I wasn’t going to make a claim but the attendant insisted that I did and that I would be compensated because it was their mistake. I put in the claim and didn’t hear from them for weeks. My husband went up there to talk with them and they said they would’t do anything because it was my fault. Not giving me compensation is one thing but them blaming me for my STOCK bumper being ripped off was wrong. And now looking back and seeing my review being taken now really pisses me off and is...
