I find this place overpriced, and found myself going to the other smoke shop in town for my regular needs. Ive been here 3 times at random points this past year. The first time I went alone I was flirted with by an employee and they tried to pitch as many sales as they could. Second time I went in with a career veteran. No greeting, sharp looks towards the vetetan (not in uniform at all, just one of those guys who basically has "soldier" tatted on their heads), and it seemed they tried to assist us as little as possible even though they were not very busy. The third time they were busy. I went with a tall black friend of mine (we were dressed nice), we were at first hovered around but NOT to ask us if we needed help. When we did get help the employee was distracted by a bigger sale, and tried to push an item on me (was not one of any of the items I asked if they had) We decided to just buy...

Everything here is great! They have a wonderful and varied selection to fit anyone's budget. If every penny counts, remember to bring cash because they do give you a little discount which is always nice. They have quality functional accessories and products from basic no frills to beautiful, exotic one of a kind pieces created by true artists. The staff can help you make sure all of your needs get met. They know what they're talking about. Dusty and Rob, leave nothing to be desired as far as being knowledgeable about what they have in their store. They've never steered me wrong! I almost feel like I'm in another city. Used to be my favorite place for stuff but not really a good selection of cigars, papers... But I could be comparing then to shops in Houston. But being only 2 smoke shops here they got to do better.
