HORRIBLE SERVICE . I went in to order take-out for my husband and I. After ordering 2 meals, paying and tipping the girl behind the register.. Brooklyn tells me it will be 20m. I took a seat in the waiting area, in front of the register. Brooklyn passed by me several times during this time. After 25 minutes Brooklyn comes out with my husbands steak meal and as she is handing me the bag she says, " I guess we don't have pot pie, so what else do you want. No apologies..no offer for a refund and.. no second meal. My jaw dropped. I asked what do you mean, I had been sitting their whole time. She had one job to do, get the order to the kitchen and the food back to me. I tell Brooklyn that I am not waiting another 25m for another meal and to give me a refund on the second meal. Still no apology or any attempt to make it right. She is unable to figure the refund out, so I ask for the manager. Bailey comes out, she also offers no apology or attempt to make it right, she also cannot figure how to refund my cc. She says do you want me to get the owner. Yes, please! Let's get the owner, finally. Well Bianca, "the owner" comes out. She also has trouble figuring out the system. So she created a new ticket instead with the new total on it. I did not put a tip on this new ticket. Still no apology. I leave with my husbands COLD $30+ steak. When I got home I called, worried my card was going to be charged, as they were unable to void the original transaction. I talked to Bailey "the manager" telling her that I should have been given my original receipt, and that I do not want one dollar more than the price of the steak. No $5. Tip . For the first time she offered an apology and assured me that my card would not be ran for the tip on the original receipt. Well the charge hit my account today. And guess what, they charged my card for the original tip. Brooklyn, Bailey and Bianca failed miserably, as a team, and as 3 individuals. I had Del Taco instead and served my husband the cold steak. We went on a Wednesday evening and there was a wait, the waiting room seats were full and the restaurant was full. To me, that's a good sign. Some people didn't want to wait, which I understand. Come an hour earlier or later than typical dinner time (5-7) and you'll be fine. There was no wait by the time we finished eating. To me, that's the only thing I could see that somebody might complain about, but if you go into a place for dinner and there's nobody there, I'd say that's not a good sign. So we stayed, and tried it for the first time.

I am so glad we weren't scared off by the waitlist!! It was GREAT food and was exactly what I was craving. I got the chicken (country) fried steak with a side of onion rings, which were a sub and a little bit more money but soooooo worth it. They were fresh and perfectly cooked. The CFS came with a huge potato and a side salad. For the price there was a lot of food on my plate. I had to take half of it home and that was after sharing it with another person. So, yeah, TONS of food.

We got the fried pickles as an appetizer and literally inhaled those. I'm actually craving them as I write this. They were seriously fantastic.

The service was great, and friendly and attentive and accurate. I am not sure if she wants me to put her name on here, but she was great. THANKS AMANDA!! You made my night.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would . I have ate here 3 times trying to give them the benefit of doubt. But tonight is the last time I will ever eat at this place .tonight I orders a Steak I asked for it to be done because I can’t eat super red meat . So the waitress brings it out and as I cut in to it just bloody and bloody can be . I hate asking to send food back I usually just deal with it . But it was so raw . So she sends it back my plate was gone about 10 min she brings it back out the mashed potatoes are cold the vegetables are cold and the steak didn’t get touched . It literally sat there the hole time . At this point I am not trying to complain so I just asked for a box so I could cook it at home . I mean it’s a 30 $ steak 🥩 but that is the 3 rd I have had a bad experience and I am just done with it. I would have rather had mc Donald’s or Wendy Dairy Queen then this place . I am sorry but that food is by far the worst food I have ever had . We ordered our food and it was seriously out to the table in less then 10 min . Take your time and make the food that I pay good money for enjoyable.. the waitress was the sweetest girl ever she was so sorry I felt bad for her for comparing that I gave her a big tip … even tho the food was terrible.
