FiiZ Drinks — Local services in Hurricane

To say I'm disappointed it putting it nicely. Over the last few weeks the consistency and quality of the drinks has gone down hill. Today October 3rd 2023 at a little after 6pm we went to get 4 drinks we ordered 3 simple drinks and the singles cup. Well one of our simple drinks was wrong and the person at the window didn't like being told the drink was wrong. Then we were told that the singles cup was discontinued and they didn't know how to make it as it wasn't in their system. Weird as it pulls up on the fizz app. When we showed them the ingredients they made it but it isn't anything like it is normally. When they handed us the single cup the cup was chipped and they didn't seem to care to fix it even after looking at it. This fizz location has become such a joke. My recommendations would be to train your employees in customer service and drink making. We used to love coming to this store, but the last few weeks and tonight have really put a sour taste...

I would have given Fiiz a 5 star for its drinks, but the experience made me give it a 2 star. We waited forever....kind of ok. It's worth the wait! When we ordered our drinks it took 4 tries at the speaker and she still didn't have it right. Then we finally got up to the window and she still didn't have it right. She didn't know how to fix it and she asked 4 other girls who didn't know how to fix it either. Finally she got someone to help her. Then she gave us the total and we gave her our credit card. One drink, slowly at a time, started coming out the window. The lady taking the orders and the payment was a frazzled mess. We got our drinks and waited and waited and waited and waited. Finally she wondered why we were still there. We need our credit card back....Oh, then she frantically searched for that! We ordered 3 drinks and it took about 35 minutes with 4 cars in...

Let's post an updated review. So the drink customization is still amazing, however its staff specifically this one woman named Lisa (I think that how you spell it) was a particularly nasty older woman who did not treat me or my girlfriend well when we came in and messed up our drink order, then when I asked if it was made correctly considering there were lemon wedges in it, something I never get, she assured me it was correct, after drinking it and getting a particularly nasty caffeine headache, I can promise uou thar it was not made correctly and I was right to question it. Overall good place to go, just try and avoid Lisa as she is very unpleasant.

Lots of different options and if you don't find any of those that you like, you can make custom drinks for what you need! Always good for a pick-me-up or just for something tasty to drink, I would definitely...
