I've been excited to have an Iceberg here in Hurricane since I grew us an 80s kid going to the original location in SLC. I've given this new location a few chances, and it just keeps getting worse. Went there on a weekday night last, just to get a kids shake. To start, the girl I ordered from argued with me that they only had a lemon custard shake, to which I pointed to their menu and said they've always had a regular lemon shake and Ive ordered it for years. She accepted that finally and I paid. As I waited inside the stinky, dirty gas station for my one kids shake, several other people came up and ordered after me. After about 30min, I notice they were all getting their hot food and shakes before me? I confronted the cashier girl and inquired why that was, and her answer was "we only have 2 people working desserts" which I replied how that didnt answer my question on why I ordered a shake first, and people after me are getting theres before me. She then said she'd go back and make mine, which she eventually did. At this point, I'm 45 min in for one simple kids shake...and the best part, she made it the wrong flavor, lemon custard. They need to get it figured out quick, I might give them one more chance, but...
Read moreI really liked the St George location so was excited to try the new Hurricane location last Thursday. The wait was soooo long. At least 20 min at about 11:15am. There was only one vehicle in front of me. I watched three vehicles behind me pull out of line and leave. More staff training needed. The food was good however I found portions in the chicken tender basket to be skimpy on the chicken (4 small pieces) and fries enough for 4 people. Probably won't order it again....
