Normally I'd give more stars but this visit was not good at, our treatment up here was not professional in my opinion at all, when a customer is looking at stuff you don't come up and just take their stuff and say "we hold everything for you up front" to me that seems like they were worried I would steal 3 $5 lapel pins, meanwhile my wife was trying to get a shirt for herself to match our sons birthday party attire and 2 of the 3 girls flat out forgot until we go to walk out of the store, if they were busy that'd be one thing, I'm sorry, but, I will not come back in to make a purchase after that. Staff is ALWAYS welcoming/helpful and the geeky goodies are a treat to check out. We (my wife and I) love checking out this store when in North East Mall, but... the prices can be a bit steep for us to always make a purchase (though we still do buy things from time to time). We understand the whole charity part of the purchases and love the idea; it's just that we put more thought into a $40 purchase than say a $20 one.
