Zero Star if there was an option. Very bad customer service. My wife had a plaster on her right wrist and was not able to change on her own. I asked one girl(store employee) in the store if I can help my Wife change, she said ok if she has broken wrist please use the bigger changing room and she opened the room for us. Then in a couple of minute a light skinned mid 30’s Rude black women(store employee) comes and says “I am going to break this door if you guys don’t come out. “
I opened the door and asked her is there any problem? . The black lady kept on continuously screaming and said “get out of here no boys allowed in the changing room”. She was extremely rude. I told her ok I will go but someone said that’s fine to help my wife in this separate big room I took permission so please be nice. She started to yell at me again and saying get the hell out of here, No boys allowed and I told her ok please be nice but she didn’t listen and started to speak rudely. Then the other tiny white young store emoloyee came and started to become rude as well.
I even asked them “ my wife wore this store’s dress with my help, can I take 2 min more to help her wear her original clothes and they said no” The black lady seemed very unhuman and rude to me and my wife who just suffered the broken wrist with the car accident about a month ago. It was her first shopping after the accident, I was trying to cheer her up and this is how I and my wife gets treated by these unhuman employees at this store. Nobody deserves to be treated this way.
I went to manager straight away to the manager and the manager was nice enough to carefully listen to me and gave me 30% discount because of that issue happened.
It was such a disrespect and unhuman behaviour.
Either they need to train all the employee and teach everyone same rules and say upfront like not under any conditions boys are allowed, but some store employee saying you are fine and some employees saying it is not and treating in this way is truly very rude and unacceptable. If it is not fixed the incident will keep...
Read moreIf i could give zero stars for Megan's unprofessionalism I would. I just called this store to find out if an item was in stock before driving cross town. Upon calling I was forward to a voice-mail. After about 30 mins, I attempted to call again, the call was then answered and I was hung up on. I called back 6 times back to back when finally Megan, who claims to be a store manager refused to help me. Even though I provided her with the sku number and description of the item I was looking for (I had already contacted the Arlington and Hulen location providing the same information and got help). After continously asking her why she wouldn't help me after several other store were able to with the same information, I brought up the several attempts to call. She became very rude. When I asked for a manager she stated she was a manager. I asked for a store manager's name, general manager's name and cooperate phone number. She was hesitant to give me a store manager's name but gave me Shar's name. She argued with me about not having a general manager. I explained to her every company has a general manager or someone over them. She then said we have a district manager. I than asked for her name. I was given Casey. When I again asked for a cooperate number, she stated she didnt have it. I explained it is a policy for companies to have it posted and as a manager she should know it. She than began to talk over me. When I asked her not to she than became even more rude and hung up on me. This was very unprofessional and disappointing. This is not how you treat customers. From someone whom has worked retail for several years in a mall, I know that there was no way she was too busy to help on a Monday, especially around this time of the year.
If you're planning to shop at Windsor at North East Mall, be prepared for a frustrating experience with all floor staff. During my visit today, I was met with unhelpful and dismissive behavior from the associates. I inquired about a dress displayed on a mannequin, as the one my daughter had tried on was damaged/dirty. I was told, without even checking, that “all of them are damaged,” and the associate simply walked away.
To make matters worse, she began gossiping about my request with another employee, right in front of me, and laughed. When I calmly asked for her name to file a complaint, I was told, “I don’t need to share that with you,” before she walked off again.
As a paying customer, I expect basic respect and professionalism, and this experience was completely unacceptable. I left the store feeling disrespected and shocked by how casually poor their customer service was. I hope Windsor addresses this issue seriously and ensures better training and accountability for...
