Express — Local services in Hurst

This particular express store lacks in customer service, in the many times I’ve been here the staff is always huddled around the cash registers just talking and messing around. This time especially was very frustrating due to the fact that there were at least 4-5 employees just all hanging out with one another when there was a good amount of customers around the store that could use some help. Really distasteful, unfortunately the items that I wanted, this location had in my size. But trust me if it wasn’t because of that, I wouldn’t have even came here to begin with. But the best part of my visit was when I was walking out and ended up beeping their security system because the incompetent employee forgot to take the sensors off...

I understand that some stores have chosen to not have fitting rooms open right now, and I respect that choice. However, the cashier was apparently too busy staring at her phone when we visited Tuesday night - or else surely she would have noticed that my daughter & I had an armload of jeans and would have assumed that we were not going to purchase that many pairs of jeans at one time. Had she been paying attention she could have informed us that the fitting rooms were closed - saving us 30 minutes of useless shopping - I don't buy jeans when I can't try them on. UPDATE I have been back to this store multiple times since my original review back in 2022 and the store looks great every time. The employees are friendly and helpful as well.

I went to the store today at 11:00. The employee was rolling up the gate as I got there. I was not greeted or even acknowledged. The back half of the store was a COMPLETE MESS!
