I went in for a highlight and new growth coverage. I showed a picture of the color and we talked through some color choices. I made it clear I wanted to lighten and brighten my color. That did not happen. The first time she shampooed my hair it was very brassy, so she toned it and I was a bright strawberry blonde. Not at all what I asked for. She then retoned my hair and it was a mousey brown/blondish color. I had been there for 4 hours at this point. She told me to come back to redo it, and I can appreciate that. But I made time out of my busy schedule to get my hair done right, the first time. I paid for the service and even left a tip for her.
