I called into the good vibrations very optimistic they would do the job quickly and do it correctly. I had this assumption because a friend referred me to them. They set me up with everything I needed and told me my appt. was at 9 am just over a week away. I let them know on the phone I was an hour away and wanted to take care of this the day we set it up to avoid multiple trips. I made it clear it was not an option if we did not do it the same day. They assured me it would be done on the day of the appt but it could take all day. I was fine with it taking all day as long as it was done in one day. Dropped it off and was picked up by a friend. That afternoon they called and told me they would need to keep it 3 more days to get it done. I wasted my entire day and 120 miles of driving in diesel. My ride wasted 50 miles of driving in gas and some of her day. Why have me come in at 9am if you are not starting in the morning? They did nothing to my truck and had it there at least 5 hours, probably more. All because they can't schedule properly. I would not have been upset if they had called the day before and asked to move mine back or done anything to prevent me from wasting all this time and fuel. All they had to say was sorry. Zero respect for my time. No offers, No deals, No coupons, Nothing to make up for screwing me over. I got a I'm sorry and asked if I wanted to schedule down the line. Maybe schedule me properly...

Good Vibrations only uses the highest quality materials and they stand behind their work. Michell was up front that there were lower quality alternatives at a lower price. Since we are planning on keeping the car for a long time and were interested in the cooling properties of the tint. We went with the nano ceramic window tint, as opposed to the less expensive dyed tint. I had done some tinting in the 1980's and attempted to DIY with some wal-mart tint, with horrible results. I ended up tearing it off and wadding it up for the trash. For me the cost vs frustration was a bargain considering the quality of materials and the professional...
