Mike's Rent To Own — Local services in Hutchinson

I am editing my review to reflect that this company is willing to work with you with regard to due dates if a life change happens. They just expect (and rightly so) communication from the customer to let them know when you'll be able to make your payment. I had previously left a negative review because I felt the promotions I was promised were not being honored. Mikes rectified this, and I was given my promised free weeks. Most of the staff are courteous when I call in with a question, or come in to make a payment. What is more, unlike some rent to own companies I could mention, Mikes store has high quality, very nice merchandise that arrives in good condition. Used stuff looks like new. New stuff is NEW. Came in, filled out an application, took all day to wait for it. This is the first place I went I could not take my product home. I had given them 4 references and it still wasn't good enough. To to rent a center!!!! This was a total joke, and a waste of 5$. update you called 2 times and didn't offer a refund till you replied to this message above. I already found what I'm looking for way less, and brand new. Keep the 5 bucks. The way your store is ran and them calling me at sometime after 9 am to tell me to come pick my product up. Everyone at the Hutchinson location goes above and beyond for their customers. Cody and Byron delivered our appliances and were super professional and helpful. Jaida made sure that we were taken care of by calling to make sure Cody and Byron did the right thing and there were no issues with our appliances. Cathy went above and beyond to make sure we had the matching appliances. We really wanted a kitchen table and the one we wanted was going to take 6-8 weeks to come in from Ashley’s...
