I purchased a set of earrings from Samie The Jeweler while I was visiting Hyattsville Mall at Prince George's. In a matter of two weeks, I then noticed the safety screw not clamping onto the threads of the earring properly. I've made three attempts to speak to Samie or whoever is in charge only to speak to the sales associate who helped me. The sales associate mentioned to me that he would speak to his boss about shipping me a new screw back once they figured out the shipping fee and screw fee. It's now had been two weeks since I was told that I would receive a call. I live in New York City. Otherwise, I would have made a trip to the actual store sooner. Never Again would I shop here or recommend any of my family or friends to spend money...
