New AI assisted programs make research easier than ever. They offer escape rooms, mission possible scenarios to help you learn, Activity Days for Primary ages, etc. to help uncover mysteries. Also available are interview rooms that will record your interviews with loved ones directly to FamilySearch. Equipment is available to digitize pictures, videos, audio tapes, etc. to preserve for posterity. She wasn't sure of the issue, but we persevered and discovered the problem, and she helped me fix it. I am so happy this place is here and accessible.
