No idea what the owner's problem is...charged me almost $200 to embroider 6 towels, told me part of the charge was for artwork. I said so paying for that allows me to then use that for whatever I would like in the future. He said yes, but lost his mind when I asked about getting the artwork I paid for. I requested patches to be made from the artwork. I assumed that since I paid almost $200 the patches were included (he said $15 each). Requested an emailed receipt. I have never been talked to so horribly by a business owner before, absolutely mind blowing. I'm not exactly sure what he thinks I did "wrong" as I'm the customer, one he clearly overcharged. He was upset I didn't pick up as soon as they called after not having them ready on time. I paid in full and picked up the order. The towels were purchased by me, so all they provided was the embroidery. Still haven't received a recipient. Not sure how an owner with this type of customer service stays in business. Update. Receipt received. I was not charged for the patches, however, I paid for the artwork and didn't receive a digital copy. This encounter was specifically with the owner, Michael.

Update! These were a gift so I never dug through and looked at all the towels. The recipient happened to bring one of the towels to my house and I realized they embroidered THE WRONG SIDE OF FHE TOWEL! I guess hiding it on the bottom worked! When you think worse can't get worse... wish I had thought to get a picture.

I was seeking the very best embroidery services available in the State when I discovered “Florida Boy”.

I was a walk in because I wanted to pre-inspect the establishment in person. I wasn’t confident in sending my PING golf bag panels somewhere for someone, likely slave labor, masquerading as a “professional”.

No, I was looking for a Master Craftsman to apply a personal design in the form of embroidery to be applied on my golf ⛳️ bag.

Mike was the Master Craftsman with years of experience. Mike took the time to discuss exactly what I envisioned while as he developed various outlines on his computer.

The end result was perfect with top shelf premium quality.

I attached a video and pics of the final artwork which will grace my golf ⛳️ bag all over the country.

Mike and his staff are outstanding to work with and have my highest recommendation with enthusiasm!

Had a really awkward experience with the older gentleman (owner) when I brought 3 of 5 shirts that I had Florida Boy put our company logo stitched in. The logo stitching tore through the shirts material. He was very defensive and used cuss words to address my situation and when I informed him I wasn’t there to complain just to find out what I can do to avoid this the next time we used his service he exclaimed “Your logo is the reason and because you provided shirt your SOL”. I used Florida Boy for years but after this experience I will not use them anymore even though I was willing to work around the 150$ worth of destroyed polo shirts.
