We have been using IRN for about a year as our Network Administrator. Not only did they re-design our in house computer system with a new server system and all new workstations (which are warrantied by IRN) but they monitor the systems to assure continued optimum performance. One of the systems they have in place for us is a daily back-up system, which we put to use today when a complex file was accidently erased.
