Too bad I'm unable to leave LESS then even a star. Robert, the store manager at the Indian Harbour location, needs to brush up on his customer service skills. Bad attitude and condescension from management, WOW! is really all I can say. Be weary of online order fulfillment. Their site states an item is in stock and it is not they will still place a hold on your funds. Its the customer who now has to contact PetSupermarkets corporate office to cancel the order and wait for their system to release the charge so your bank can remove the hold. By the time everyone has had the appropriate number of business days I have been informed the funds will be released in 7 business days (hopefully)! Or the other option is to do nothing and after 2 days the order will cancel itself and start the process of releasing your funds back, so now we are at possibly 9 days before I have access to the funds. So at this point my I have over $300 tied up and still need pet food. All for an order they falsely charged out before knowing if it was even truly in stock. I'm only one person, so my decision to no longer patronize PetSupermarket won't really matter in their big picture, but with feeding 3 cats and 3 larger dogs ranging from 65 lbs to 95+ lbs the amount of money I spent with this business on a monthly basis will be spent elsewhere. Read moreBEWARE! The last two times we’ve bought a bag of dry food from this place it has had bugs or worms in it. It’s definitely not on any of the employees working there they’re all very friendly and nice but somehow they’re allowing old/decayed dog food to be sold consistently in this store. Haven’t had any serious complications because of it yet but definitely not something you want to feed your dog.
