Update: this place is under new ownership and management and is no longer what it used to be. The old staff members all left when the owner sold the place and the new owner will nickel and dime you to death. Simply got tired of leaving there with bloody and sore cuticles and damaged nails. My advice... stay away & don't let the new Renovations fool you.
My new favorite nail salon. Was a loyal customer of Prestige Nail salon in the Indian Trail Wal-Mart for almost 10yrs. Tina & John were like family & I really miss them. Since the new owners have taken over the place has lost its warm felling. Anyway one day while sitting in the pedi spa for almost 2hrs waiting for them to do my nails I'd had enough and simply got up and walked out. The best decision I'd made because I discovered this hidden jewel called Lexi nails. Was told by the manager that I would be treated like a Queen & that is exactly what I experienced. The deluxe pedi is to die for and they always offer you a beverage of your choice. Healthy nails are their focus and I'm so happy that I'm no longer tied down to those old acrylic nails anymore. Ā Ā Ā Read more!!!!DO NOT GO TO LEXI NAILS!!!!!! If I could give this place a zero stars I would. I just came back from another salon who fixed the absolute worst wax experience I got at Lexi Nails. I didn't do much research on this place because all I needed was a lip wax, easy enough for most people. When I laid down to get waxed, The girl spilled hot wax on my lip and on my hair. I was furious and stormed off that place with wax on my mouth, fingers, cheek, hair. She wanted to "fix" it. NO THANK YOU, why in the world would I let someone who can't do their job right to start with continue to burn and touch me? You can stay as far away from me because I will stay as far away from this place as possible. I went to another salon and they fixed my lip, my fingers but I had to come home to rinse off my hair. Do not...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe first time I went here, my gel manicure was just okay but the girl doing it was very sweet and friendly. The manicure lasted about a week and a half with no lifting or peeling. The second time I went here, I sat outside waiting for then to open, 20 minutes beyond their opening time. I did let the girl know that I was in a hurry to get home because I had family waiting for me to head out of town and was already running late because they didn't open on time. She did get me in and out quickly but the gel manicure did not look good. It was very thick in some places, polish was jagged around the edges of my nails and there was a lot of polish on my skin. Because of all of that, it lifted within a couple of days and started peeling on day 3. A gel manicure should last three times as long. I...
